If you are not completely satisfied with your DVD or Video you can return it to us within 10 days and we will provide an exchange for another DVD or VIdeo free of charge (one exchange only per purchase).
SHIPPING INFORMATION
In Most cases orders will be shipped the same day or within one (1) business day. All orders are sent by UPS Ground (typically 2-3 business days). Weekends and holidays are not business days. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received and processed. If you would like a tracking # from UPS, please use the “Contact us” page to request one.
ADDRESSES MUST BE UPS DELIVERABLE! NO P.O. BOXES.

BACKORDER POLICY

We will not accept returns on merchandise. All sales are final. If you have questions regarding a product choice, please feel free to contact us before processing your order. Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless damaged or defective).
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
Damaged or defective items may be returned to us for replacement only. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately and returned to us within 5 business days. All damaged or defective returns must include an invoice number in order for us to process your replacement and an email sent to admin@dominantfootball.com. We cannot exchange VHS for DVDs. Please double check all item numbers, and format, when ordering, since returns and exchanges are not permitted.
